Anita Ricketts is the Broker and owner of Real Living Ricketts & Company, LTD.

Mrs. Ricketts has over twenty five years of experience in the real estate market including residential, new construction, property management and resort homes.

Mrs. Ricketts began her real estate career as a sales associate in 1981 building her clientele through a reputation of providing quality service to her clients.

Mrs. Ricketts became a licensed Ohio Real Estate Broker in 2003 and opened Real Living Ricketts & Company, LTD in April of 2004 in Bellefontaine and expanded the company with a Lakeview Office serving Indian Lake in March of 2006.

Mrs. Ricketts graduated from Bellefontaine High School in 1977 and obtained her real estate education from Wittenberg University in Springfield Ohio. She has obtained the state designation of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and the national designation of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist).

Mrs. Ricketts believes in giving back to her profession and does so by volunteering her time by serving on numerous boards and committees at the local, regional and state levels of the Realtor Association. She has been awarded the Salesperson of the Year Award and Professional of the Year Award in addition to sales production awards at the regional and State levels.

Mrs. Ricketts currently resides in Bellefontaine with her husband Ralph (Herb) Ricketts Jr. Mr. Ricketts is Office Manager in the Lakeview office. They are the parents of two daughters Jennifer (Bill) Stanley and Amanda Ricketts. They enjoy two grandsons, Gavin and Mason.
